Juan López Expedition is a Habanos Edición Regional for South Africa (Sudáfrica), handmade in Cuba as a limited, numbered production. The cigar uses the factory name Magnum 54 and measures 54 ring gauge x 120 mm (4¾”), with an official stated weight of 12.69 g per cigar. The box insert specifies “Totalmente a mano con Tripa Larga” (totally handmade, long filler) and identifies the tobacco as coming from Vuelta Abajo, Pinar del Río, Cuba. Each cigar carries the standard Juan López band (Band B) plus the South Africa Regional Edition band.
